My passion, to help women in their journey to get fit, stems from my past.

I was able to join my faith and my fitness together soon after I realized that God gave me the heart for this. I was working a full-time job in an office but was able to run a couple of Women’s Boot-camps each week. Most of the ladies were single moms or women who couldn’t afford gym memberships. This went on for several years. God gave me the opportunity to coach at a local gym and long story short, I ended up being able to own it.

Helping women with low self-esteem, body image issues, procrastination, self-worth and many more issues women face is a gift and a blessing to me. Men have also learned to love my program as much as the women do! I always say that “I love what I get to do!” God made that all possible. My Christian faith brought me to this point in life and I couldn’t be more grateful.

5 Reasons to Get Fit!

  1. Energy and a Natural High – When you make healthier food choices, such as drinking more water and eating less sugary and starch-filled foods, you have more energy. As you exercise, your blood flow increases, which makes everything flow better, giving you more energy. God made a way for your body to feel good. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. They interact with your brain, triggering a positive feeling in the body much better than any drug or unhealthy comfort food that only makes you feel better for a short while.

  2. Stress Relief – Moving your body during exercise helps relieve stress because you are getting the “ick” out. Exercise helps drain some of the day’s frustrations away.

  3. Better Sleep - Because you have exercised, your body is functioning better. With increased blood flow and stress relief, you are able to sleep better.

  4. Strong Body – Strength and resistance training help to strengthen your bones, which prevents fractures as you get older. They also make your joints feel better, so you don’t feel stiff. Your balance improves too!

  5. Body Image – God created you in His image. You are beautiful! As you continue to get fit by eating healthier and exercising, your body starts to transform, and you lose those unwanted inches and weight.
