Periodically we hold events here at the OneBody Fitness gym in Little River, SC
to better serve our community.
Our events include: health seminars, exercise dance, self-defense,
stretching and yoga classes.

First Strides NMB
12 Week Beginning Walking and Running Program
for Women held twice annually, spring and fall.
2023 Fall session:
When: Now - Thursday's Thru Nov. 9th 2023, (5:30-6:45pm)
Where: North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex Amphitheater.
